Spinnaker Cay Management was founded in 1989 by Edmund Burt, his son, Chris Burt, and Tony Andrade as a full service property management company.  Today, Spinnaker Cay Management is comprised of Tony Andrade, President and over thirty employees. Several of these employees have nearly twenty years of property management experience.  As a full service property management company we provide building maintenance, pool maintenance, grounds maintenance and a complete administrative package including bookkeeping.

Currently we have twenty one condominium associations under management. Many of these associations have had a long relationship with Spinnaker Cay Management. Running a smaller management firm has allowed us to provide quality service to our clients. Our philosophy to property management is simple:  Provide top rate service in all phases of property management while maintaining small business values such as honesty, integrity and dependability.
