Spinnaker Cay Management has been a full time property management company in Collier County for 27 years. Spinnaker Cay has a broad range of property management experience.  We have managed associations as small as 8 units, as large as 170 units and everywhere in between.  We have managed developer-controlled associations, homeowner controlled associations in their infancy and older well-established associations.  We have also guided several associations through developer turnover.

Tony Andrade, the president of Spinnaker Cay Management, has a broad range of property management experience. He started out in a maintenance/janitorial position with Spinnaker Cay.  As the company grew, so did his knowledge and role as a manager. In 1992, Tony received his Community Association Manager license from the state of Florida and has been licensed ever since. Tony has hands on knowledge of virtually all aspects of property management from pool and spa maintenance to irrigation repairs to landscaping maintenance to all major building equipment (i.e. generators, water and fire pumps, elevators, hvac units etc.) as well as intimate knowledge of condominium association bookkeeping and administrative procedures.  One thing is sure: with Spinnaker Cay Management you have a very well experienced management company in all phases of property management.
